Here at N.C.I.S. Auction Treasures, we do more than just buy storage units that have gone to auction. Here’s everything we can help with.
Storage units
We buy storage units that have gone to auction, and we take special care in returning personal items to their owners: irreplaceable photos, papers and such. If your own unit is falling behind on payments, call us before it goes to auction. We may be able to help.
Estate sales
Every now and then we get the opportunity to help homeowners or their heirs place family heirlooms into the right hands. We’re dedicated to preserving the care the original owners gave their treasures over time, often for generations.
We do our research. Each item gets our special consideration, and when possible, we like to share the stories behind the unique pieces. We buy full estates or the leftovers from the initial cleanout, and estimates are free.
Real estate downsizing
Getting a property ready to sell and need to clear out belongings? We can help, and you don’t have to hold a garage sale to do it.
Foreclosure cleanouts
Depending on the circumstances and condition of the property, we’re happy to help clear out belongings. We’re not a trash removal company, but we may be able to help get the property ready for sale. Call us and let us know what we can do for you.
Collectibles & heirlooms
Ready to sell family heirlooms, collectables or a hobby collection? We have buyers who are always interested.
